Hiring solutions team of kariera.gr is looking for a Production Supervisor, on behalf of a client - a leader in  Greek flour industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising production staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Developing and monitoring production schedules to meet deadlines
  • Overseeing budget planning and control to optimize costs without compromising quality
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, Procurement & Accounting departments
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree will be considered an asset)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related role (Food Industry Experience desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Very good command of the English language, written and verbal
  • Effective communication, hands - on leadership & team management skills
  • Flexibility - adaptability
  • Automation Knowledge (desirable)
