Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find a Senior Accountant.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitoring daily transactions, including payable/receivable accounts, general ledger, and bank account agreements
Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all accounts are reconciled regularly and discrepancies are resolved
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure timely implementation of changes
Continuous collaboration and guidance to all employees of the accounting department
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Class A Accountant certification with signature authorization
Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software, with a strong preference for SAP and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
