Senior Associate | HR Advisory

The Senior Associate is responsible for delivering top-tier service and consultation to existing clients in Advisory Projects. More specifically:

  • Provides modern change management support, by working in multi-disciplinary teams to support the client driving transformation change management outcomes for the C-Suite through leadership, people and behavior change
  • Designs and delivers relevant communication, learning, stakeholder management and organizational impact innovative solutions
  • Provides HR Transformation support by working in multi-disciplinary teams, enabling companies to meet business objectives and optimizing the full talent ecosystem.
  • Designs and delivers HR process map, organizational restructuring and transformation journey projects
  • Designs new HR/business processes based on customer requirements, enables technologies, and prepares and supports the organization during the implementation
  • Translates customer needs into workable and innovative offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand and technology evolution
  • Management of Advisory projects for Greek and multinational client-companies, operating in the sectors of Banking, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Maritime, Oil & Energy, FMCG, Real Estate, Retail, Manufacturing, Tourism, Legal Services and Media.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
  • Develops existing client accounts by delivering an outstanding level of service and support

The ideal candidate should be flexible, have the ability to work in a team environment and foster positive working relationships. Ability to exercise good judgment, build credibility and commitment with key line clients through quality and strong customer service, while also exhibiting adaptability. He/She should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrated ability to get along with different types of people. Demonstrated strength in planning and organizational skills with ability to perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Also, ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.

The Ideal Candidate should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field with 5+ years’ experience, related to successful delivery of HR Transformation or Organizational restructuring projects
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, practices, policies & methodologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
