GROUP TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
The role reports to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager
Key Accountabilities
Manages recruitment cycle for the group functions, collaborating with local teams
Implements the onboarding program
Acts as company ambassador by creating and implementing external and internal Employer Branding activities
Supports the design and implementation of the graduate and the internship programs on a group level
Participates in ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology or any other related field
Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
4-5 years of work experience in a relevant position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors will be considered as an asset
Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
