We are seeking to recruit for the Sales Operations Department a passionate and energetic Sales Operations Supervisor. You will have the opportunity to lead the charge in transforming data into actionable insights and use your analytical skills to drive sales efficiency, optimize performance, and enhance business growth.
Sales Operations Supervisor
The role reports to the Sales Director GR
Key Accountabilities:
Researches and analyzes data to create sales forecasts for all channels
Provides sales data and consumer trends to Sales team in order to identify customers and sales opportunities
Creates and manages automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
Implements and manages CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
Recommends improvements to increase sales performance
Has full ownership of SFA tool and analytics to deliver top brand executional excellence
Manages, trains and develops his/her team members
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Business Administration or any equivalent
At least 4-5 years of experience in Analytics preferably within FMCG sector
Very good command of English language
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office retail audit databases with emphasis on Excel
