We are seeking to recruit for the General Management Division Greece a dynamic and passionate HR Manager. The role reports to the General Manager Greece

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Translates key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy, working with senior management
  • Implements Human Resources strategies, aligned with the overall business strategy, by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, learning & development, and compensation
  • Ensures the organisational structure uses development principles most appropriate to support future growth
  • Ensures implementation of performance management process
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manages the HR budget
  • Leads on special projects and directs on business strategic goals

 

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology or any other related field
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
  • At least 10 years of previous working experience in relevant field, 3 of which in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English language, both written & spoken
