We are seeking to recruit for the Health & Care Business Unit an experienced and results-driven Brand ManagerThis is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong commercial and financial acumen, who wants to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive the success of our leading brand, Lanes.

The role reports to the Marketing Manager H&C

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Develops and implements 360° communication plans based on brand strategy
  • Actively contributes to the development of the brand strategy through strategic analysis
  • Collaborates with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to develop accurate and insightful product forecasts, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets
  • Compiles market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities as well as brands’ performance
  • Analyzes and optimizes product margins through effective cost management and revenue optimization strategies
  • Manages budget and brand P&L effectively
  • Monitors external factors that may impact product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain financial objectives
  • Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses ROI and KPIs

 

 Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration or any other equivalent
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing / Economics / Business Administration will be considered an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in product/brand management
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
