We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Warehouse Manager
The role reports to the Supply Chain Director GR
Key Accountabilities
Oversees and manages all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping
Analyzes and improves warehouse processes, integrating innovation and introducing new systems, to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinates with other departments, targeting to improve both operational efficiency and customer service level in all aspects
Prepares and manages the warehouse budget, including forecasting and reporting
Manages, trains, and develops the Warehouse team members, to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in warehouse management software and MS-Office (Aberon preferably)
Knowledge of transportation and logistics best practices
SAP knowledge will be considered an asset
Good command of English language
