Sarantis SA’s Human Recourses Department authorized executives will receive your CV. We will process your CV solely for the purpose to inform you, in case there is a job offer in our company, when the description of the offered job position matches to the qualifications and competencies you declare.

Who receives and processes your data

Your data can be accessed only by authorized employees of Gr. Sarantis SA of the HR Department, or the hiring managers and directors.

External associates of Gr. Sarantis SA who act on its behalf, providing network support services, software support services, hosting services, etc. and possibly due to the nature of their profession they could have access to such data, are bound by confidentiality clauses and similar guarantees.

Gr. Sarantis SA does not intend to forward your Personal Data to third parties.

Gr. Sarantis SA does not intend to send your Personal Data outside of European Union.

Data retention period Your CV will be kept for up to two years from the date of submission. At the end of the three years, authorized employees of the Human Resources Department are committed to safely destroy your CV, unless you update it and consent to its further retention for the next 2 years.

Your rights Gr. Sarantis SA ensures your rights regarding the processing of your personal data and facilitates you to exercise them. You have the right to:

• request access to your personal data, after identification


• request correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete, after identification


• request the deletion of your personal data


• request data portability to transmit the data to another controller, after identification


• request restriction of processing for specific purposes and scope.


• as long as the processing is based on consent, you can revoke the consent you have provided at any time. In this case, data processing will be stopped, without this affecting the legitimacy of any processing until the withdrawal of your consent.
• in case you consider that your rights are being violated, you have the right to appeal to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
