Brand & Content Manager
Ella Resorts, a new collection of premium quality and excellent value resorts offers a variety of destinations to fulfil the ideal Hellenic holiday dream to all kinds of travellers. The first Ella resort is to be launched in the diverse and multi-cultural ‘Island of the Knights’, Rhodes. A stunning resort complex overlooking the sea, situated to one of the most distinguished seafronts of the island, Kallithea but still only 10 min away from the Old Town of Rhodes. An ideal destination for families and couples, as the resort is divided into Elissa, a lifestyle adult friendly resort and Helea, a vivid family friendly resort.
Position Summary:
The Brand & Content Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level as well group-level communications to our customers & partners. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers & partners through traditional, digital, and social media channels, all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hospitality Group, each resort property separately and designing an outstanding guest experience.
Scope:
Reports to Director of Marketing and Communication
Plans in cooperation with HoD the implementation of overall Group Brand Strategy and property specific branding, including product & service offering plus resort guest experience
Develops and implements all branding guidelines and standards, across all products & services
Monitors and Secures Brand image & consistency, across all online & offline touch points
Develops and manages the content strategy (B2B & B2C)
Organizes & manages the annual content productions (photography & videography) including briefs, planning, post productions, in alignment with Group’s Brand Strategy and ongoing resorts’ content needs
Organizes & manages the annual contributors/Editors/influencers plan, as well as in cooperation with PR Agencies - including Joint actions with other brands
Collaborates with resorts’ Operations & Management teams, on implementing corporate strategy, brand initiatives, marketing & communication actions
Contributes, implements & reports the annual marketing plan & budgeting, in collaboration with head of department and in alignment with Ella’s management directives
Prerequisites:
Three or more years working experience in a similar role at a luxury hospitality company or/and marketing agency
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent field
Computer literacy
Excellent knowledge of English language
A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
