Kariera.gr is looking for an energetic, motivated, Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Thinking strategically to create solutions that provide value to clients’’ bottom line
Actively create new business, by creating interest with new potential customers and early engagement with customers
Boost customer confidence with remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior management levels, in order to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement
Own the pipeline management & forecast for your own set of accounts
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Use CRM software (Zoho) to manage leads and sales activities
Job Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’’s Degree
Proven working experience in relevant field for 2 years
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Monitored outbound sales calls per day
Arrange sales appointments over the phone or virtually
Identify key decision makers inside companies
Research client’’s information f.e. industry, number of employees, needs etc
