Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
Strong skills in sourcing and evaluating tech candidates.
Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
