Responsibilities
Installation and technical support on client premises
Support via Remote Desktop
Telephone customer support
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package, and LAN-WAN network services
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)
