Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Installation and technical support on client premises 
  • Support via Remote Desktop 
  • Telephone customer support

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field 
  • Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package, and LAN-WAN network services 
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)
  • Driver’s license
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server 
  • Software installation and Wi-Fi network setup
  • PC hardware assembly
