Kariera.gr on behalf of its client, a technology innovator and manufacturer of connectivity, power management and custom solutions for telecom networks, is looking for an IT Systems & Support Specialist.

IT Systems & Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues
  • Provide user support by determining the nature of problems and respond to breakdowns
  • Repair equipment and support new application rollouts, while maintaining records of software licenses and managing stock
  • Implement, test, and maintain infrastructure security technologies (CCTV, Alarm, Access Control) and software solutions
  • Integrate and debug software systems, write efficient code, and support technical maintenance of security devices

Requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, Excel, Power Query, Pivot, Access
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, networking, and remote control would be preferred
  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field 
  • Proficiency in English
