IT Systems & Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Install and configure hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues
Provide user support by determining the nature of problems and respond to breakdowns
Repair equipment and support new application rollouts, while maintaining records of software licenses and managing stock
Implement, test, and maintain infrastructure security technologies (CCTV, Alarm, Access Control) and software solutions
Integrate and debug software systems, write efficient code, and support technical maintenance of security devices
Requirements:
Excellent Microsoft office skills, Excel, Power Query, Pivot, Access
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, networking, and remote control would be preferred
