We are seeking to recruit for the Exports Department a passionate and dynamic Exports Area Manager, who wants to drive growth and success on a global scale by forging new partnerships and navigating international trade in a thriving team.

  Exports Area Manager

The role reports to Head of Exports

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Is able to successfully manage relationships with existing international clients and business partners
  • Performs effective sales analysis, evaluates & presents customer’s performance vs targets, uses key metrics (KPIs) to generate value, and addresses methods to improve performance
  • Monitors, analyzes and presents market trends & competition, reports towards improvement of market shares
  • Implements strategic export plans to develop new markets
  • Negotiates contracts with international distributors, budget based on companies’ priorities and manages business development
  • Secures proper financial management of clientele, including payments, currency fluctuations and supportive schemes 
  • Is able to monitor the full order processing, including forecasting, production, transportation and delivery of goods
  • Ensures compliance with company’s policies, procedures, operational guidelines and import/export regulations

 

 Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration / Marketing, Economics, or any other equivalent
  • Master’s degree or MBA will be considered as an asset
  • At least three years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to travel
