kariera.gr is looking for an energetic and motivated Account & Business Development Manager, to join our team in Thessaloniki.

 

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a balance of relationship management and strategic sales to grow existing accounts while expanding our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, handling day-to-day client interactions, queries, and problem-solving
  • Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and develop strategies to maximize value
  • Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities in target markets
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and client needs
  • Create and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
