We are recruiting a R&D SPECIALIST to work at our plant in Ritsona with the following main responsibilities:
Develop in the lab new formulations for personal care products
-Develop batches from scratch; and improve upon and scale up existing batches.
-Follow projects from formulation development through manufacturing, including helping to establish manufacturing procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
- Laboratory experience in Cosmetics. Exposure in manufacturing or processing environment is preferred as well
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and the ability to research regulatory matters as needed
- Effective written and verbal English language
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good knowledge of lab and pilot processing equipment
- Good understanding of product development process and testing requirements for a cosmetic product from concept to launch
